Can I create my own snack box?
We do offer creating your own custom snack box, however this is just for bulk orders for over 10 units.

Can I make amendments to my order?
We do offer the ability to make amendments to your snack box.Whether it’s for 5 or 5000 we are here to put together the perfect snack plan on a personal or professional level.

I have a nut allergy, does my snack box or subscription plan contain nuts?
As we do not manufacture our products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of nuts. However, all of the items in our snack boxes are individually packaged with all ingredient information required.

We have descriptions on all of our snack boxes that outline exactly what comes in each option. If you are unsure of this be sure to look at the description when viewing each individual snack box option.
Do you offer vegan, gluten free or vegetarian snack boxes?
While we don’t offer dietary specific hampers, we have a wider selection of delicious sweet and savoury snack products that are gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. You can find our range of snack options listed here in the product page.
Are your snack boxes gluten free?

How does my snack box come packed?
All of our snack boxes come presented in a beautifully designed presentation box with our custom Snacks With Bite sleeve.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm AEST, any queries outside of these hours be sure to send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How will my staff at home know who sent them their snack box?
We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our snack boxes. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit so your staff working from home will know straight away that their delicious snacks came from your company!
Can I swap items within my snack box deliver?
For bulk orders we are able to customise snack boxes. Please contact us directly if you Unfortunately we are unable to customise this way on any orders under 10 units. For custom snack boxes and subscription queries click here
Where do you source your snack products from?
We have gone to great lengths to source the most tasty and healthy snacks that we can to go in all of ours snack delivery boxes.. We have great relationships with all our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best products to help fuel your team in the office or at home for more productive, energised employees!
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We currently ship Australia-wide via our fast, contact-free delivery service. We do not currently ship internationally.
What’s the difference between a snack display box and a regular snack box?
Outside of at-home snack delivery, we have created a Snack Display Box for office accessibility The snack display box is a customised serving tray that will be shipped with your first corporate order in addition to your office snack box. The Snack Display Box helps to keep your office snacks, clean, accessible and organised in any office kitchen or breakroom. It’s a great way to showcase the healthy treats on offer to both staff and office visitors.
